Admins manage people and settings. Editors deploy and manage apps. Viewers can open apps and see their logs and traffic, but can't change anything. Someone you add gets access when they sign in with that email.

Sleeping is not stopping: a sleeping app keeps its link and its saved SQLite data, and wakes when someone opens it. A static site has no server to run, so it never sleeps. After 7 days without the paid plan, the link shows an archived notice; the owner can restore the app for 7 more days, and then it is deleted. People you limit an app to sign in with Google to open it. The paid plan can’t be bought yet.
