Terms and acceptable use

Last updated October 10, 2026 · Shipwrite is a prototype; these terms cover the service at shipwrite.ai.

What Shipwrite is

Shipwrite runs small apps you upload and gives each one a temporary link. It is a prototype. It can change, slow down, or stop at any time, and it comes with no guarantee of availability. By uploading an app or using a Shipwrite link you agree to these terms.

Your app and your responsibility

What you may not do

Do not use Shipwrite to host, send, or do any of the following:

Limits

Each upload is limited to 50 MB. Each app runs with a quarter of a virtual CPU and 512 MB of memory, sleeps after a few idle minutes, and can reach the internet only over HTTPS with daily data limits. There are daily limits on new previews per browser and per network, and a limit on how many of your previews can run at once. Limits can change without notice.

Removal and blocking

Shipwrite can suspend or delete any preview, and block a browser or network from creating more, at any time and without notice. This happens when an app breaks these rules, puts the service or other people at risk, or uses more than its share of capacity. Shipwrite can also pause all new previews to control cost.

No warranty

Shipwrite is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Shipwrite is not liable for lost data, downtime, or damage that results from using the service or from apps that other people host on it.
